yeah lah, this is what is stopping me at the moment.
but then, i think they're concentrating on BT's because thats like
99% of where people download from, and where its easy to get
information on their ips to get tracked.
for http downloads, they have to personally track your personal ip
to know what you're doing. which is unlikely.
but BT, all the people downloading, u can see their ips.
